Why undertake the inspection?
One of the most common causes of blockages is sanitary objects. As it is difficult to determine if the object was in the drainage system before the tenant moved in, the costs to unblock ends up going to the client. By undertaking the inspection, the ownership of objects flushed into the drainage system creating the blockage becomes the tenant's responsibility.
Certificate of Inspection
Green Drainage Services provide an inspection certificate to confirm that there is no obstruction thus putting the ownership of cost back to the tenant. Should drainage issues be found, recommendations will be supplied to rectify the problem.
Cost of this service
The cost of this service ranges from £50 to £150 (inclusive of VAT), subject to the size of the property.
